What it does

Curcumin is the active compound in turmeric, valued for helping calm the body's everyday inflammatory signals. Reviews of clinical trials show it can lower markers of inflammation like CRP and IL-6. On its own it's poorly absorbed, so effective formulas pair it with black pepper extract or use enhanced-delivery versions.

The science

Curcumin inhibits the NF-kB inflammatory pathway, reducing joint inflammation, oxidative stress, and supporting gut and brain health. Requires a bioavailability-enhanced form.

Most relevant for

Joint comfort, recovery, and everyday inflammation support. Choose a high-absorption formula.
