What it does
Iron is the mineral that lets your blood carry oxygen to every cell, so when it runs low, the first sign is usually fatigue, breathlessness, or feeling cold. It's one of the most common deficiencies in menstruating women. We use the bisglycinate form, which delivers the energy benefits of iron without the constipation that classic iron pills are known for.
