What it does
B6 is a key helper in making the brain's messenger chemicals: serotonin, dopamine, GABA, which influence mood, sleep, and focus. It's also needed to use protein and to form healthy red blood cells. Because it touches so many pathways, low levels can quietly show up as low mood or fatigue.
